تعریف

محتوای ترسيم جدول:

• محتوا می تواند شامل موارد زیر باشد:
  • فیلدهای انتخاب شده از پنجره اطلاعات كلي, به عنوان مثال:
    • پروژه,
    • كارفرما,
    • طراح.
  • از جدول داده های آیتم ترسيم جدول, به عنوان مثال:
    • مقیاس,
    • طراح,
    • نقشه کش,
    • تایید کننده,
  • از یک نهاد برون سازمانی, به عنوان مثال :
    • فایل گرافیکی - لوگو.

لی آوت جدول را از یکی از الگوهای موجود در نرم افزار انتخاب کنید. انتخاب الگو از آیتم جدول داده ها انجام می شود. .
کاربر می تواند قالب مدنظر خود را بسازد و آن را در الگوهای برنامه ذخیره کند (example location: C:\Users\<user>\Documents\InstalSystem 5 EN\AppWindowSettings\Templates).
فایل پایه برای ایجاد قالب مد نظر خود جهت ترسيم جدول ، یک فایل اکسل با فرمت استاندارد xlsx است *.(فرمت xls پشتیبانی نمی شود).

محدوده داده ها هنگام تبدیل به جدول داده:

• لبه های داخلی و خارجی جدول,
• فرمت نوشتن,
• فرمت سلول ها.
